Total Healthcare Services a home health agency offers a wide range of health and social services delivered at home to those recovering from an illness or injury, or for those who are disabled and/or chronically ill.

The objective of Total Healthcare Services is to bring the quality of care you expect directly to the homes of our patients. We provide skilled nursing visits, social services, physical therapy or personal care assistance to those homebound and under a doctor’s care for a new or worsening medical problem, all in the comfort of the client’s home.

Upon your return home from the hospital, our agency can provide:

Skilled Nursing Services - An RN or LPN will visit you in your home to provide skilled nursing services such as dressing changes, catheter care, assessment of vital signs, assistance with medications, diabetes instruction and care, wound care, I.V. infusion, or any physician-ordered nursing service you may need.
Therapies - If you are homebound and your physician has ordered Physical therapy the professionals from Total Healthcare Services will provide those services right in your home.
Cost - Since we are a Medicare Certified Agency, we accept Medicare assignment at no additional cost to the client for nursing and therapy services.

We also accept clients with Medicaid and private insurance who meet the criteria of those agencies for admission to Home Health. Whatever your home-bound health care need, we’ll try to assist or refer you to someone that can help.
Social Services - A licensed Social Worker is available on a short-term basis for a variety of purposes related to the patient’s illness, including assessment of social and emotional factors related to the patient’s illness, need for care, response to treatment and adjustment to care; counseling for long-range planning and decision-making; community resource planning and linkage.

Hospice

Hospice is a special healthcare program designed to meet the needs of patients and families who are faced with a life-limiting illness. The hospice goals are to assist the patient in living as comfortably and fully as possible at home.

Total Healthcare Agency provides support to those who need help, our staff of professionals provide assistance with daily needs, weekly visits or regular calls. We offer comfort, compassion, and dignity to those with life-limiting illness.
